List of needs for new building along with How to donate Time, money, and materials to (Phase I)
CURRENT NEEDS FOR THE NEW BUILDING PROJECT
We are currently preparing for the foundation.
So we need a plumber to help us stud out the plumbing for the building. This needs to be someone that can help us position each toilet, sink, and shower. We also need help with what size pipes, hot water heaters, etc… we would need to install. This would also need to be someone to tell us what size septic tank or tanks we need and where we need to put them. If you can help in this area please call as soon as possible.
We also need someone in the heating and air conditioning business. We need someone to look at our building plans and tell us what size air conditioning / heaters we need for this building with the understanding that an upstairs could come at a later time. This person would need to show us where to set the air conditioning so the pad for the unit can be pored at the same time. If you can help in this area please call as soon as possible.
We will let you know when we finish the foundation are ready for the following items. If you can help with any of these items please call and let us know so we can start a running list of donations.
ONCE THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN FINISHED WE WILL NEED
We will need a good price for (Metal or wood) studs for the walls.
We will need someone to help us design ceiling for the 1st floor that can also be used for the floor of the 2nd floor.
We will need carpenters to install the walls.
We will need sheet rock and installers.
We will need an electrician and electrical supplies.
We will need light fixtures as well as light bulbs.
We will need a plumber again to install the bathroom fixtures.
We will need 8 standard shower stalls and 2 handicapped shower stalls.
We will need 10 toilets and 10 sinks.
We will need mirrors to cover walls in front of sinks (Sizes will be given at a later time).
We will also let you know later about the hot water heaters.
We will need pipe both (PVC and copper) to run new water lines to the road and through the building.
We will need someone to furnish the septic tanks and install them along with any needed field lines.
We will need someone to furnish and install a store front glass and double doors in the front of the building.
We will need someone to furnish and lay red brick for the front (Ground to bottom of windows) of the building as well as brick the two columns in the front of the building.
We will need 14- 36” interior single doors.
We will need 3- 36” interior double doors.
We will need ceiling tile and framing.
We will need insulation for inside walls.
We will need paint and painters for the inside of the building.
This list will be added to as needed.
We will let you know when we finish with the inside and are ready for the following items. If you can help with any of these items please call and let us know so we can start a running list of donations.
ONCE THE INSIDE IS FINISHED
We will need 32 new bunk beds with mattresses.
We will need 10- 6’ round tables with cart to store
We will need 10- 8’ tables.
We will need 100 stackable padded chairs with roll away racks for storage.
This list will be added to as needed.
